Best Answer - Chosen by VotersFirst of all it is not a cancer injection. It is an HPV vaccine. It is not recommended when you are pregnant. It hasn’t been tested on pregnant women so we don’t know what will happen. The vaccine is recommended for girls before they are sexually active so in theory there is no need to test it in pregnant women. Rather than hoping a vaccine would end a potential pregnancy you should be using birth control or better yet stop having sex until you are mature enough.
